Course Description:

In the wake of dental office disruptions from coronavirus, we must re-evaluate and consider patient flow into and through the practice. Setting up/breaking down procedures, the timing for operatory usage and sterilization, and transitioning treatment rooms  will be significantly different. Everything can be made simpler, you set the system up once, and then you let it run. Inventory control is more manageable and less time-consuming. Team training can be standardized and repeatable with an organized SYSTEM that WORKS.

Course Objectives:

    • How to improve the efficiency of storage, sterilization, restocking, and operatory setup with streamlined solutions.

    • Increase productivity with a well-organized office that spends less time looking for instruments or missing materials to eliminate stress and frustration.

    • We must have a level of protection against contamination and infection by utilizing products that allow for superior cleaning and protection during sterilization and transportation.

    • How to obtain and implement inventory control and ordering plan for now and moving forward.

This course was created for dental assistants and doctors.
