MODULE ONE: Progressive Periodontal Disease Management for the Dental Hygienist
Clinical research demonstrates multiple connections between Periodontal Disease and systemic health. However, most dental practices do not properly diagnose and treat periodontal disease. To fully maximize the dental hygienist’s role, it is essential to understand best practices in chairside and homecare innovations to prevent the progression of Periodontal Disease. The course is designed to equip the dental hygienist with practical approaches to current innovations to increase time management and optimize treatment outcomes.

This course is the first module within a four-part learning series. Attendees can register for all four modules or individual ones within this series a la carte. There are no pre-requisite modules required. This course will not be recorded and shared for on-demand viewing. It is only available live during the scheduled date and time.
