Periodontal and Business Considerations for Patients 65 and Beyond!
Geriatric Dentistry: The Fastest Growing Demographic in Dentistry
Learning Series Summary:
This learning series is all about customizing the patient experience to the majority of those 55 million Americans currently 65 and older along with a predicted growth to 25% of the US population over the next forty years. The ADA in its demographic data have presented that this age group of patients will be a significant driving force for growth in our practices along with the strong need for advanced dental care. This four module series of courses will demonstrate how this unique group creates unique opportunities from both treatment and business aspects.
MODULE FOUR: Periodontal and Business Considerations for Patients 65 and Beyond!
This final module in this learning series will demonstrate why this patient population could be the success of our practices for years to come. Unique business approaches coupled with expanded periodontal procedures will be key features of this module.
- – Face it, this group is high risk for caries and long-term periodontal issues – Customizing hygiene and preventative protocols will be presented
- – Oxygenation: There is no way these patients with ongoing bleeding 5’s and more, can really manage periodontal issues with just a few yearly visits and a toothbrush!
- – Customizing your own in-office dental plan and why these patients love them! A step-by step approach will be presented along with why many offices prefer to work with a turn-key cloud-based platform that goes from customizing your own plan to implementation and management.
This course is the fourth module within a four-part learning series. Registrants can register for all four modules or individual ones within this series a la carte. There are no prerequisite modules required. This webinar will not be recorded and shared for on-demand viewing. It is only available live during the scheduled date and time.
