It also will include how the Periodontist, GP, and RDH all work together to ensure positive outcomes when diagnosing and treating periodontal patients.
This highly requested series from Spring 2021 has been revamped and condensed into two modules for those attendees that missed the original live sessions. Attendees are able to register for both modules or individual modules a la carte as neither module is a prerequisite requirement for the other. MODULE 2: A Guide to Implementing the AAP Classifications
Change can be difficult for patients and clinicians. Clinical studies demonstrate the prevalence of Periodontal Disease among our patient populations, yet it is still vastly undertreated by the dental profession. Due to its multi-factorial nature, Periodontal Disease demands a comprehensive approach of treatment recommendations that are critical to the long-term success of the patient. This course is designed to provide a practical implementation specific to the patient’s staging and grading of the latest clinical and homecare innovations. In addition, attendees will learn about what factors play a key role in maximizing insurance coverage and how to create patient ownership of their disease to enhance the value of non-surgical periodontal therapy with or without insurance payments.
